We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
You can choose to cancel the order if it has not been dispatched and in the process of shipment. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via email. It takes a maximum of 2-5 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via email.
Post shipment returns
There's always a possibility that
- Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
- There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or
- A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
To resolve any disputes related to damage, we request you to record an unboxing video, followed by clear pictures of the product and packaging in question with invoice clearly displayed and email the same to grievance officer support@cantabilshop.com. “Damage” constitutes ‘damage to product packaging’ in a way that affects the product i.e. punctures, and/or tears in product packaging that pre-existed when the parcel was first opened, the veracity of which should be evident in the unboxing video. Such requests should come within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will review the claim and process a refund or replacement of the product if the claim is sound.
Any product purchased from our “Accessories” section will not be returned under the Returns Policy except if it's an error on behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake. Do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us.
Refund

BUY 1 GET 3 OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, Size issue or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be made within 15 days of the product’s actual date of delivery, Except for Suits/blazers which can be returned within 3 days of actual date of delivery.
If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 07-10 working days.
Note: CANTABIL does not provide exchange of products except for offers like Buy 1 get 3. Products under Special offers cannot be returned only exchange (Subject to availability of the products quantity/sizes) under following conditions-
1) Damaged or defective
2) Size Issue
3) Product delivered is different from what you had ordered
Process
The customer can call us at our customer care (+ 91) 7400044155 or email us support@cantabilshop.com - within 15 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, the product pictures with a small note is required for return. Video of while opening the parcel (Recommended) for wrong products.
Refund - Terms & Conditions
Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us or the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by CANTABIL quality team.
The refund process will initiate within 2-3 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (B-16 Lawrence Road Industrial Area, New Delhi, India-110035) & as soon as refund approval from quality team is received.
Refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 7-10 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is not allowed.
The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
