GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SPECIAL OFFERS
- Special offers provided by CANTABILSHOP may in particular include:
a) special prices – i.e. lowering prices of all products or products from a selected category currently offered by CANTABILSHOP during the period of validity of such special offer;
b) special offers on shipping fees – i.e. covering by the Organiser in part or in full shipping fees for goods of a particular value purchased during the period of validity of such special offer;
c) special gifts – i.e. gifts provided by the Organiser after purchasing products from a selected category or products of a particular value currently offered by CANTABILSHOP;
d) after satisfying certain conditions or unconditionally granting a discount code for next purchase at CANTABILSHOP. - Special offers shall be provided by the Organiser in accordance with the principles set out in these Terms and Conditions, amended by announcements provided in the "Special offers" section on www.Cantabilshop.com website, sent via CANTABILSHOP Newsletter, sent via e-mail, or published in other forms. Should a formula of a particular special offer differ from the rules defined in the Terms and Conditions, its conditions shall be defined in a separate terms and conditions document.
- An announcement of a special offer shall define in particular its character, conditions for participation, timeframe, territorial scope, and the group of CANTABILSHOP customers the offer is applicable to.
- Each special offer has a timeframe provided in its announcement. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any special offer at any time.
- A special offer can be used at any time during its period of validity.
- Participation in special offers is free of charge and voluntary.
- Participation in special offers is open to a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit not having legal personality, to whom legal capacity is granted by the act (hereinafter referred to as a "Participant"), after satisfying all of the following conditions:
a) They have a customer account in the CANTABILSHOP sales system;
b) They have read and accepted in full the provisions of these Terms and Conditions;
c) They have a place of residence or registered office in the territory covered by a particular special offer with limited territorial scope;
d) They are members of a group of CANTABILSHOP customers to whom the particular special offer is addressed, in case of special offers applicable only to selected categories of customers;
e) They have satisfied all the conditions of eligibility for a special offer defined in the announcement and in these Terms and Conditions;
f) entering by the Participant and CANTABILSHOP into a sales or delivery agreement for goods in CANTABILSHOP's offer, and executing such agreements is not prohibited by Indian law. - Unless the announcement for a special offer states otherwise, special offers are applicable to customers placing orders in any available form.
- Should the Participant be granted a discount code for their next purchase at CANTABILSHOP, the validity period of such code and the rules of redeeming it shall be defined in the announcement of the special offer.
- Special offers cannot be combined with one another or with any other discounts, and especially with individual discounts, unless detailed terms and conditions of a given special offer state otherwise.
- Special prices do not apply to shipping fees, unless the contents of the announcement state otherwise.
- If a special offer is about the Organiser granting a gift to the Participant after satisfying certain conditions or unconditionally, the Participant is eligible for receiving such gift only once. The gift shall be added to a parcel with the goods ordered, or delivered to the Participant in a separate parcel at the expense of the Organiser. Should the Participant execute their statutory right to withdraw from a distance agreement, such gift shall be returned along with the returned goods, in accordance with the rules stipulated by the law.
- If a special offer is about the Organiser granting a gift to the Participant after satisfying certain conditions or unconditionally, the Participant is eligible for receiving such gift only once. The gift shall be added to a parcel with the goods ordered, or delivered to the Participant in a separate parcel at the expense of the Organiser. Should the Participant execute their statutory right to withdraw from a distance agreement, such gift amount shall be adjusted from the total value of the ordered goods, items in accordance with the rules stipulated by the law.
- Sales of goods covered by a special offer by CANTABILSHOP is realised in accordance with the conditions published at the CANTABILSHOP website www.Cantabilshop.com, unless trade cooperation is realised based on individually agreed upon conditions explicitly confirmed by CANTABILSHOP in writing.
- Participation in a special offer is a confirmation that the Participant has read and accepted the announcement of the special offer and these Terms and Conditions.
- To the extent permitted by the law, legal obligations resulting from these Terms and Conditions are regulated by indian law.
- The Organiser reserves the right to alter the provisions of these Terms and Conditions as well as terms and conditions of a particular special offer for a significant reason, providing that such alterations do not infringe rights acquired by the Participants. Any such alterations of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be included in the form of an Appendix to these Terms and Conditions, which shall be an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 2 July 2022 and can be viewed on Cantabil website at: www.Cantabilshop.com.

Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, Size issue or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
For all returns, the product must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns must be made within 15 days of the product’s actual date of delivery, Except for Suits/blazers which can be returned within 3 days of actual date of delivery.
If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. In case of returns, the refunds will be credited to your account within 25-30 working days.
Note: CANTABIL does not provide exchange of products except for offers like Buy 1 get 3. Products under Special offers cannot be returned only exchange (Subject to availability of the products quantity/sizes) under following conditions-
1) Damaged or defective
2) Size Issue
3) Product delivered is different from what you had ordered
Process
The customer can call us at our customer care (+ 91) 7400044155 or email us support@cantabilshop.com - within 15 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the product is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, the product pictures with a small note is required for return. Video of while opening the parcel (Recommended) for wrong products.
Refund - Terms & Conditions
Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us or the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by CANTABIL quality team.
The refund process will initiate within 2-3 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (B-16 Lawrence Road Industrial Area, New Delhi, India-110035) & as soon as refund approval from quality team is received.
Refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 7-10 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is not allowed.
The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
Spl Note: - Any product purchased from our “Accessories” section will not be returned or exchange under the Returns Policy except if it's an error on behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake. Do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us. Same is applicable for the products like Vests, Briefs, Boxer and Thermal.
