At Cantabil, our customers are our top priority. You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your product. While we have a No-Questions-Asked return policy, we kindly request you to select a reason from the dropdown list when initiating a return request. This helps us understand your concerns and improve your shopping experience.
We understand that many of our customers shop for special occasions such as events, functions, parties, or weddings. To ensure timely delivery, we aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 days. However, to avoid potential delays, we recommend visiting our store to try and purchase your chosen Cantabil clothing in person.
Steps to Initiate a Return
For Registered Users & Guest Users:

- Go to 'My Orders' and click on 'Returns & Exchanges' for the item you wish to return.
- Select the product you want to return.
- Select appropriate reason for the return.
- Select the original payment method.
- Review the complete return details.
- Your return process will be initiated.
Return & Refund Process:
- Once the return request is initiated, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email.
- Your product will be picked up within 2-3 working days, subject to quality checks at your doorstep.
- Once the customer's return pickup has been completed and the delivery partner has collected the product after quality check at customer's location, the refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- The refund will be credited to your account within 4-5 working days, depending on your bank's policy.
Refund Process:
COD Orders:
Refunds are processed to the account details provided by you and credited within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are automatically credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No, garments that have been altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Terms & Conditions
- Returns are not applicable for innerwear, accessories, blazers, 2 piece suits and 3 piece suits.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with barcodes, tags, labels and brand packaging intact.
- Products that do not pass quality checks will not be eligible for refunds.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.
- Altered garments are not eligible for return or refund.

- Select the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
- Select the size you wish to exchange it with.
- Your exchange request will be initiated.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Once the exchange request is completed from your end, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email.
- Your product will be picked up within 2-4 working days, subject to quality checks at your doorstep.
- After all the quality checks are completed, the exchange order will be processed from our end, and the new product will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are only allowed for size changes of the same product. Style exchanges are not permitted.
- Since only size exchanges are allowed, there will be no price difference and no refund or additional payment will be applicable.
